Director, Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Analytics Leadership
• Translate complex analytic findings into clear and concise strategic direction
• Follow existing analytic frameworks and processes, methodologies, and best practices
• Provide technical and statistical mentorship and strategic guidance to other analysts
• Client & New Business Support
• Own multiple client accounts with accountability for accurate deliverables, client satisfaction, and growth
• Serve as a senior advisor to clients, guiding analytically-led strategy with internal and client stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to up-sell, cross-sell, and expand analytics-led solutions through performance insights and strategic recommendations
• Partner with client services and sales leadership to support new business development, pitches, and expansion opportunities
• Clearly articulate analytic capabilities, strategic value, and innovation in client and prospect settings
• QC all outputs for accuracy before release, and participate in a peer review process

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required in mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, quantitative marketing, or data-driven strategy roles
• Advanced expertise in SQL required, with Snowflake experience a plus; ability to translate data objectives into code and process across multiple systems
• 5+ years of experience in direct marketing and/or nonprofit fundraising analytics strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience owning client and internal team relationships, with impactful outcomes
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and data visualization skills, with a demonstrated ability to distill large quantities of insights into actionable highlights
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical judgment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
