Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and derive insights
- Build trust-based relationships with business partners using data analysis
- Communicate data findings and recommended actions to stakeholders
- Measure the effectiveness of interventions and adapt strategies accordingly
- Exhibit flexibility and emotional intelligence in problem-solving
- Lead and mentor analytics teams, overseeing hiring and training processes
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and influence strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business analytics focusing on consultative analysis
- 10+ years of experience in improving business and clinical outcomes through data analysis
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Proficient in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Consistent track record in guiding teams and simplifying complex information
