Director, Analytics Client Success

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Analytics Client Success to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead client success efforts for analytics solutions, ensuring smooth deployments, strong adoption, and measurable value realization across the engagement lifecycle. You will partner closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and product stakeholders to translate complex analytics into actionable strategies. The position requires a balance of consultative relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and commercial real estate industry awareness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $138,000 – $170,000 annually Responsibilities Manage end-to-end deployment of the analytics platform for clients Oversee user acceptance testing and stakeholder communications to support smooth delivery Monitor client account health and drive adoption of platform features post-launch Build and present ROI-driven value realization cases to key stakeholders Capture and channel client feedback into product improvements Ensure positive client sentiment and relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in relationship management, ideally in a technology-driven environment Strong consultative skills to translate complex analytics into actionable client strategies Proficiency in IT project management related to software delivery Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Deep understanding of client success metrics and strategies for SaaS/analytics platforms Experience in the commercial real estate industry preferred Benefits 401(k) plan with matching contributions Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision care 100% paid parental leave Paid time off and company holidays Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
