Job Summary

The Director, Client Analytics is responsible for building and leading Accuity's Client Analytics function, delivering high-quality reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights that strengthen client partnerships and support operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead Accuity's centralized Client Analytics function, establishing scalable processes, governance, and operating models that support organizational growth.
  • Develop the long-term vision, structure, and roadmap for Client Analytics while aligning priorities with business strategy and client needs.
  • Lead the centralization efforts of all client reporting into the Reporting & Analytics organization through thoughtful change management and strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve team structure, workflows, and service delivery models to support future growth and evolving client needs.
  • Establish performance metrics that measure service quality, client satisfaction, delivery effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee production and delivery of recurring and ad hoc client reporting, dashboards, executive presentations, scorecards, and analytical deliverables.
  • Ensure reporting products are accurate, timely, visually effective, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive standardization of client reporting and dashboard offerings while maintaining flexibility to address unique client needs.
  • Reduce manual reporting processes through standardization, automation, and process improvement.
  • Partner with Decision Support and other Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of analytics solutions.
  • Serve as the primary analytics partner to Client Success for client reporting and analytical initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic client meetings, executive business reviews, and complex reporting discussions as needed.
  • Seek to understand the business objectives behind reporting requests, helping clients and internal stakeholders identify meaningful analytical solutions rather than simply fulfilling requests.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights tailored to executive audiences.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through responsiveness, curiosity, professionalism, and consultative problem solving.
  • Partner closely with Client Success, Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Technology, Decision Support, and the Senior Analytics Program Manager to align analytics priorities and delivery.
  • Support the intake, prioritization, and execution of client analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance reporting capabilities and improve client-facing analytics solutions.
  • Promote enterprise reporting standards, governance, and consistent client experiences.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across functional teams.
  • Monitor operational performance, service delivery metrics, and client satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead initiatives that improve reporting efficiency, delivery consistency, automation, and scalability.
  • Develop repeatable processes that enhance the client experience while reducing administrative effort.
  • Promote continuous improvement across reporting workflows, visualization standards, and client engagement practices.
  • Support innovation in client analytics through adoption of new technologies, visualization techniques, and analytical approaches.
  • Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing Client Analytics team.
  • Create clear performance expectations, development plans, and career growth opportunities for team members.
  • Establish an environment focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and client service excellence.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and organizational structure to support the Client Analytics function.
  • Build leadership capability and technical expertise within the team.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Analytics, Public Health, or a related discipline preferred.
  • One or more of the following preferred: MBA, MHA, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project/program leadership certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, revenue cycle analytics, or related functions.
  • Healthcare industry experience required; revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated client-facing experience, including presenting analytical findings and supporting executive-level client discussions.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across operations, client-facing teams, technology, and executive leadership.
