Director, Analytics
About the role
This role is within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in leading the day-to-day analytics and measurement strategy for Norwegian Cruise Line. You will serve as a senior client partner, co-creating a full-funnel measurement strategy for 2027 across brand health, lead generation, sales, media performance, and business outcomes. You will lead learning agenda discussions, advise on test design, develop actionable measurement narratives, and collaborate with media, investment, Business Intelligence, Data and Technology, and Data Science teams. You will also manage and develop a Senior Analyst while operating with significant autonomy and accountability. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape the next stage of an important client partnership. The account has strong measurement foundations and substantial opportunity to evolve its strategic approach, giving you the chance to build rather than simply maintain an existing plan.
