Compensation: $105,938 – $248,291 annually
About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy and execution for the Operations & Service Delivery organization
- Develop and manage the AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and prioritize AI opportunities based on business value and feasibility
- Drive operational excellence through AI-enabled workflow transformations
- Establish performance metrics and dashboards for operational performance visibility
- Partner across multiple teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Champion responsible AI adoption through frameworks and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years experience in operations or technology-enabled business transformation
- Experience leading strategic portfolios and large-scale operational transformation initiatives in complex organizations
- Proven ability to influence executive leaders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization
- Familiarity with AI, data, and analytics-driven initiatives
- Experience establishing performance metrics and governance to enhance operational visibility
- People leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams
