Director, AI Advisory

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Advisory to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead strategic AI advisory work across client engagements, helping shape practical solutions that improve business outcomes. The Director will partner with senior stakeholders to define AI visions, build roadmaps, and translate emerging technologies into measurable value. In addition, this person will help advance sales opportunities, develop reusable frameworks, and contribute thought leadership that supports broader market growth. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $195,000 – $245,000 annually Responsibilities Lead AI strategy and implementation engagements, ensuring quality and client satisfaction Conduct AI vision sessions and develop roadmaps for measurable outcomes Identify AI opportunities and build business cases for executive funding Guide solution design for AI and automation deployments Advise on governance and operating models for AI initiatives Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and close sales opportunities Develop reusable frameworks and contribute to thought leadership Qualifications 10+ years in consulting with a focus on enterprise AI and intelligent automation Direct experience in healthcare, with an understanding of clinical and operational workflows Deep expertise in generative AI, machine learning, and RPA Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of developing business cases Proven ability to lead and develop teams of 10+ consultants Commercial acumen in consultative sales and account growth Credible presence in technical and executive discussions Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness programs Participation in an annual incentive compensation program Flexible living locations across the US and Canada Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
