Director, AI Solutions

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will own the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI solutions that improve workflow automation and elevate deliverables across the organization. You will partner closely with Development, Engineering, Product, and client-facing teams to identify high-value opportunities and turn ambiguous ideas into secure, scalable solutions. The position also involves mentoring a small team of AI strategists and engineers while helping shape practical AI adoption across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI solutions for workflow automation and enhanced deliverables
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including concepting, building, and maintenance
• Architect secure integrations between AI solutions and other internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities
• Oversee and mentor a small team of AI strategists and engineers, focusing on growth and development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency-side or brand-side marketing experience focused on client services, product, or technology
• 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying enterprise AI systems, including API integration and SQL fluency
• Proven experience in managing and developing early-career talent
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative experience with Development, Engineering, and Product teams
• Analytical problem solver capable of pinpointing root issues
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and swiftly prioritize projects from concept to execution

Pay

Compensation: $135,000 – $165,000 annually
