Director, Affiliate Marketing

About the role

This leader will guide affiliate strategy across regulated markets, with a focus on scalable customer acquisition and partner growth. The role will own key commercial decisions, shape the technology and operating model behind the affiliate function, and support market expansion through strong cross-functional execution. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve performance, forecast accuracy, and overall ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy across regulated jurisdictions
• Build strategic relationships with leading affiliate partners and recruit new publishers
• Lead affiliate strategy for new market launches
• Own the acquisition budget and optimize CPA structures using LTV and ROI
• Improve forecasting accuracy through stronger commercial governance
• Own the affiliate technology roadmap from a Growth Marketing perspective
• Oversee affiliate operations and partner onboarding across jurisdictions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in regulated gaming
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience managing affiliate programs, agencies, or strategic partners
• Deep understanding of CPA, Rev Share, hybrid commission models, LTV, and ROI optimization
• Familiarity with platforms like Income Access, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or similar
• Strong commercial and analytical skills

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $200,000 annually
