Director, Advertiser Solutions, Mobile App

This role will drive performance marketing initiatives focused on efficient acquisition, testing, and measurable revenue contribution. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and exceed a defined revenue quota tied to mobile app advertising spend
• Identify and unlock mobile app advertising budgets within brands and agencies
• Build and close performance marketing deals structured around mobile app inventory
• Develop auction packages that create scalable activation paths for advertisers
• Lead the formation of new advertiser partnerships while expanding existing ones
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution and rapid revenue realization
• Capture and communicate buyer feedback to influence product roadmap and marketing strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or business development
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas in a direct sales role
• Strong knowledge of programmatic buying and selling mechanics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and narrative development
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive deals without formal authority
• Adaptable mindset suited for fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Pay

$200,000 – $240,000 annually
