Description The Director of Advanced Practice Providers provides leadership, clinical management & administrative oversight in the development of strategic planning and operations for all advanced practice providers in the service line. The Director is accountable for mentoring direct reports to assure achievement of the organizations vision and goals. Oversees quality evidence-based outcomes and advanced practice models. Responsible for the development, implementation and revision of policies, procedures and protocols, in collaboration with the administration and physician leadership to ensure compliance and attainment of the organizations goals. Monitors and conforms to the professional standards, accreditation and regulatory requirements impacting the organization. Clinical and/or surgical coverage (if Hospital credentialed) may be required as per specialty specific needs. Estimated salary range for this position is $167553.35 - $222845.96 / year depending on experience. Qualifications Degrees: Masters. Licenses & Certifications Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.Basic Life Support.NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant. Additional Qualifications Doctorate Degree preferred / Masters required.10 Years or more as an APRN/PA including a minimum 2 years as Manager of Advanced Practice.Florida Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Licensed Physician Assistant.Must comply with State of Florida requirements for CME and licensure renewal.ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as per specialty/function.DEA-Drug Enforcement Administration License required as per specialty/function.Oncology experience required. Minimum Required Experience: 10 Years EOE, including disability/vets
