Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual primary care and coordinate interdisciplinary care
- Achieve quality, Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and value-based care outcomes
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and engagement
- Lead a multi-state team of APPs
- Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among assigned APPs
- Conduct performance reviews and monitor quality metrics
- Manage provider scheduling, access, and workflow improvements
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Active NP license in 2-3 states from: FL, TX, AZ, GA, LA, NC, SC, MS, VA
- National board certification
- DEA registration and prescriptive authority
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- 2+ years of provider leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience

Pay
$115,200 – $158,400 annually
