Associate Director, Advanced Practice Provider

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive virtual primary care and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Achieve quality, Stars, HEDIS, risk adjustment, and value-based care outcomes
• Maintain high patient satisfaction and engagement
• Lead a multi-state team of APPs
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional growth among assigned APPs
• Conduct performance reviews and monitor quality metrics
• Manage provider scheduling, access, and workflow improvements

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Active NP license in 2-3 states from: FL, TX, AZ, GA, LA, NC, SC, MS, VA
• National board certification
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority
• 5+ years of clinical experience
• 2+ years of provider leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually
