Responsibilities

  • Implement regional sales strategy and manage business activities

  • Oversee training progress of healthcare professionals to exceed product training targets
  • Maintain team skills and certifications for world-class training experience
  • Visit potential clients to build relationships and promote products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of sales team management experience in healthcare
  • Bilingual in French and English due to extensive responsibilities
  • Experience in sales management and training
  • Deep knowledge of the medical device industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay

  • $132,800 – $199,200 annually
