Responsibilities
- Implement regional sales strategy and manage business activities

- Oversee training progress of healthcare professionals to exceed product training targets
- Maintain team skills and certifications for world-class training experience
- Visit potential clients to build relationships and promote products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of sales team management experience in healthcare
- Bilingual in French and English due to extensive responsibilities
- Experience in sales management and training
- Deep knowledge of the medical device industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales forecasts and budgets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
