About the role

The role of Manager Commerce is responsible for overseeing the commercial operations in a store. This includes managing staff, ensuring product availability, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth running of the store
• Manage staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews
• Ensure all products are available and up-to-date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience in a similar role within the food retail industry
