About the role

Reporting to the General Director, you will define, drive, and implement the overall commercial strategy to grow revenue and ensure sustainable growth toward the €100M target. You will manage the sales teams and foster a culture of performance.

Responsibilities

• Revenue development:
  • Define and drive actions needed for revenue growth
  • Identify new growth levers (markets, segments, offers)
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust actions
• Sales team management (4 teams, 20+ FTEs):
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales teams
  • Set individual and team objectives
  • Evaluate performance and support team members
• Goal setting:
  • Define sales targets aligned with company strategy
  • Break down objectives by team, region, or product
  • Implement tracking indicators (KPIs)
• Commercial strategy development:
  • Conceive and formalize the overall commercial strategy
  • Analyze the market, competition, and trends
  • Adapt the commercial offering to client needs
• Drive sales momentum (20% annual growth):
  • Instill a culture of performance and results
  • Implement motivation initiatives (challenges, incentives)
  • Optimize sales processes and commercial tools

Qualifications

• Higher education in business, management, or equivalent
• Proven experience in commercial management
• Significant managerial experience
