Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations of potential violations of global trade laws and policies
- Analyze allegations and findings to determine regulatory reporting requirements
- Draft disclosures and reports for submission to government agencies and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with Global Compliance team members and business stakeholders to provide investigation updates
- Develop and maintain P&W and RTX policies, standard work, and processes for investigations and disclosures
- Enhance P&W’s 'Speak Up' culture and maintain integrity according to the RTX Code of Ethics
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant global trade experience
- Member in good standing with the Barreau du Qu bec
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export control and sanctions regulations
- Experience conducting witness interviews and drafting disclosures for regulatory agencies
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
