Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations of potential violations of global trade laws and policies
  • Analyze allegations and findings to determine regulatory reporting requirements
  • Draft disclosures and reports for submission to government agencies and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global Compliance team members and business stakeholders to provide investigation updates
  • Develop and maintain P&W and RTX policies, standard work, and processes for investigations and disclosures
  • Enhance P&W’s 'Speak Up' culture and maintain integrity according to the RTX Code of Ethics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Laws Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant global trade experience
  • Member in good standing with the Barreau du Qu bec
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with U.S. and Canadian export control and sanctions regulations
  • Experience conducting witness interviews and drafting disclosures for regulatory agencies
  • Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Pay

$100,000 – $130,000 annually
