Direct Support Supervisor

About the role

The role involves leading a team of direct support professionals in providing comprehensive care and support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and other service providers.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
