About the role

As a Direct Support Program Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the individuals we serve by developing and implementing unique treatments to provide to them.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in accessing medical and health-related services for the individuals that receive our services
  • Assessed referred individuals and participate in the development of a service plan in conjunction with a treatment team and funding source
  • Implement and actively contribute to development, review, and revision of programs and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide monitoring, consultation, and comprehensive support services to Mentors and staff regarding work with individuals supported
  • Aid manager/director with direction, supervision, and oversight of assigned staff
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to staff in the absence of manager/director

Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of related work experience
  • A valid driver's license in good standing and car registration/auto insurance (if driving for company)
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do
