As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive in their own homes and communities. What You’ll Do

  • Empower Independence: Assist with daily living tasks like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
  • Build Community: Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.
  • Goal Advocacy: Implement support plans (ISPs) and encourage self-advocacy.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of progress and maintain a safe, positive environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual Spanish is a must.
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • A valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan), TB test and physical testing.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire).
  • A compassionate, proactive, and "solution-focused" mindset.
