Direct Support Professional - Walpole, NH

Responsibilities

• Provide community support and help engage in social and recreational activities.

Requirements

• Transportation of individual for errands, appointments and community participant programs.
• Continued support and development of individual's monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, behaviors and progress.
• Training will be provided in all applicable areas for each program.

Minimum Qualifications

• A sound ethical foundation, dedication, creativity, commitment to building a relationship, sense of humor and ability to work in a team environment.
• This position requires auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100K/300K for injury and liability.
