About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide PRN respite support as needed to promote balance and care
- Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences
- Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care and progress
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or job coaching experience (Preferred)
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required)
- Ability to pass a background check
Schedule
Location: Concord, NC (ZIP 28025)
- Total Weekly Hours: As Needed
- Respite Support: Available PRN (as needed)
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling options
