Direct Support Professional - Residential Home

The Role

The Direct Support Professional at our residential home will be working directly with clients in their home and community. This can be in a 1:1 setting or in group living settings, to support clients with activities of daily living, to improve functional skills, develop emotional regulation, to work towards supporting client’s behavioral self-management, increase verbal expression of personal needs, and encourage interest in personal growth.

What We’re Looking For

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience in Human Services industry preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to utilize technology provided to perform requirements of the job
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and use discretion in the performance of job duties while operating within the limits of standard practice
• Hold a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle liability coverage
