Location: Fairfield, IA | Part-Time (16-28 hours)
Schedule
This role features a bi-weekly rotating schedule designed to give you consistent hours while maintaining your work-life balance:
- Week 1: Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-4pm, Saturday 8am-12am
- Week 2: Tuesday 8am-4pm, Wednesday 8am-4pm
Pay
$13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Foster Independence: Assist with daily goals like grocery shopping, cooking, and community social outings
- Provide Vital Support: Assist with hygiene, medication administration, and mobility (including Hoyer lifts and transfers when needed)
- Advocate: Follow and document progress on Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs) to ensure every client's unique needs are met
- Connect: Transport clients to appointments and local events
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and auto insurance
- Compassionate heart and the physical ability to assist with client transfers (if needed)
- Reliability and a commitment to helping others grow
- Satisfactory results on a background check
