Direct Support Professional, OVN (DSM)
$500 sign-on bonus. Driver’s License required. Overnight shift and every-other-weekend schedule.
About the role
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to help provide services for individuals with special needs, including developmental disabilities such as autism, severe anxiety and depression, and Down syndrome. While the position includes cleaning chores, candidates should be willing to assist individuals with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily errands.
Responsibilities
- Travel to clients’ homes and accompany them in the community.
- Provide consistent, reliable support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks and daily living activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities in a non-business setting.
