MSS is a community organization dedicated to supporting adults with disabilities in the Twin Cities area. The organization is looking for individuals to join their team as Direct Support Professionals.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with disabilities in daily activities such as eating, taking medication, and using the bathroom.
- Lead programs and activities designed to engage and entertain clients.
- Ensure safety and security of clients while fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Caring and patient attitude towards individuals with varying needs.
- Belief in providing a good life for everyone, regardless of their circumstances.
- A desire to make a meaningful impact through your work.
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
Pay
This position starts at $19.25 - $19.75 per hour and offers regular raises. Full-time employees receive comprehensive health and dental benefits, paid time off, and recruitment bonuses.
Schedule
The role requires reliable weekday hours from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday.
