About the role

The role involves providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living activities, socialization, and vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their daily routines such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication management.
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration activities.
• Assist with employment readiness and job placement services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of individual progress and needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.

Pay

Hourly rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with flexibility for evening and weekend work.
