Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility supportSupport residents with medication administration and vital signs monitoring to ensure health and safetyOperate manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts and ensure safe patient lifting practicesEngage clients in social activities, group outings, and community events to promote engagement and well-beingMaintain accurate documentation of client progress, behavior management strategies, and incident reportsUphold residents' rights by respecting privacy, promoting independence, and fostering a respectful environment Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual receives the care they deserve!
