Direct Support Professional II

Seven Hills Foundation · Grafton, MA · 1 mo ago
On-siteOTHR$20.5–$24.5/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Pay, Schedule, About the role (maybe), Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications/Skills, Benefits. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not create sections with filler. We have details: Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours. Also Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour. We need to include Pay section only if posting has real specific content. It does. So we need to present pay details. Schedule: Thursday 2p-10p, Friday 2p-10p, Saturday 8a-10p. Mandatory staff meeting every third Wednesday of each month. We need to include Schedule section. Benefits: There's a Benefits section with details for full-time and part-time employees. Must include. Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" list. Also repeated later. We need to include responsibilities as list. Requirements/Skills: The bullet list after responsibilities: Ability to support individuals with daily living activities Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect. Also earlier "What You'll Do" includes many tasks. Also there is "Why You’ll Love This Role" maybe not needed. Also "Ready to Make an Impact?" maybe not needed. We need to avoid duplication. Provide concise but preserve all substantive info. Must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting, but we can combine similar items? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we cannot omit details. So we need to include each piece of info. However we can group similar items but must not lose any detail. For example, the responsibilities list appears twice identical; we need to include it once but ensure we include all items from that list. Since it's duplicated, we can include once; that still preserves all substantive info (the duplicated content is same). So okay. Similarly, the skills list appears after responsibilities and also repeated later? Actually after responsibilities there is a list: Ability to support individuals with daily living activities Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect. Then later after "Why You’ll Love This Role" there is again the same list? Actually after "Why You’ll Love This Role" there is a repeat of responsibilities list again, then again the skills list? Let's check: The text after "Why You’ll Love This Role" includes: Provide daily support and care ... (same responsibilities list) then Ability to support individuals with daily living activities Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and rest. So it's duplicated. We'll include each unique item once. We also have "What You'll Do" list items: Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting. Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community. Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans. Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs. Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections. Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes. Take a leadership role by training and mentoring other staff. Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds. Build strong, positive relationships with families, guardians, and team members. Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Then skills list: Ability to support individuals with daily living activities Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Commitment to treating all individuals with dignity and respect. We need to output sections: About the role? There's a paragraph: "Be the Difference in Someone’s Everyday Life Looking for a role where your work truly matters—every single day? As a Direct Support Professional II, you’ll do more than provide care—you’ll empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. At Seven Hills Community Services, we believe the people we support should have choice, voice, and control over their lives—and you’ll play a key role in making that happen." That's about the role. Could be under About the role heading. Also there is "Why You’ll Love This Role" paragraph: "This is more than a caregiving job—it’s a chance to empower, advocate, and lead. You’ll help individuals achieve personal goals, build independence, and experience meaningful community connections. You’ll also be part of a supportive, mission-driven team where your voice matters, your growth is encouraged, and your work has real impact." Could be part of About the role or separate? But we should only create sections when posting has real specific content. It does. Could be under About the role as well, but we might combine. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we can have About the role covering both paragraphs. Pay section: include details. Schedule section: include details. Benefits section: include full-time and part-time details. Responsibilities section: list. Requirements/Skills section: maybe combine as Requirements (skills). Could be "Qualifications" or "Skills". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. We have skills list; we can put under Skills. Also maybe Requirements: none explicit besides ability to support etc. Could put under Skills. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for Direct Support Professional II. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

We used

inside Benefits; but instruction only mentions using

for section headings. It didn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It didn't say we cannot use other headings, but to be safe we could avoid

and just use

or

with intro text. Could keep Benefits as

and then have paragraphs for full-time and part-time. Let's do that: under Benefits heading, we can have

    Full-time Employees:

    then
      . Similarly for part-time. Thus:

      Benefits

      Full-time Employees:

        ...

      Part-time Employees:

        ...
      That respects using only

for section headings. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The Pay details also mention "see below for range details" but we included range. Also mention "Starting pay is $20.50/hour". Good. Schedule includes mandatory staff meeting every third Wednesday. We included About the role with two paragraphs. We included Responsibilities list. We included Skills list. We included Benefits. Check for any other info: There's also "Be the Difference in Someone’s Everyday Life" we used. Also "Looking for a role where your work truly matters—
