Your Role in Our Mission
You will provide care in the home of the individual and the community they live in.
- Assist with everyday tasks such as housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Assist with personal care such as bathing and dressing, toiletry and changing diapers
- Provide employment support
- Transport clients to appointments and run errands
- Help plan and organize their schedule
- Perform daily documentation and reporting in the electronic health system of record

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Saturday AM through Monday AM; Overnight stay is required during the rotation, but staff is off-duty and asleep for the night hours unless there is an emergency.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED required
- Experience: Entry-level; on-the-job training is provided
- Knowledge: Basic housekeeping, basic nutrition, and safety protocols
- Skills: Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and dependability are a must
- Technology: Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy to learn
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation, driver's license, and current auto insurance
