Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional, you’ll play a meaningful role in providing direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping support or other support to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
- Have a Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
Preferred qualifications include one year of experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You must also be able to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing certification (training will be provided if not already certified).
