Direct Support Professional Float

About the role

Achieve is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Float—a dynamic, flexible team member who is excited to jump in wherever support is needed. This role has consistent weekly hours, but not a fixed assignment each day. You’ll work across our programs, supporting individuals with disabilities in meaningful, community-centered ways.

Responsibilities

• Driving individuals to and from work or community activities
• Serving as a Bus Aide to ensure safe, supportive transportation
• Helping in High-Needs Areas, offering personalized, hands-on support, including personal hygiene cares
• Working in Program & Workroom Areas, assisting with daily activities or skill-building
• Job Coaching, helping individuals succeed in their employment
