About the role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You'll support individuals in developing essential life skills, help them maintain independence in their own homes, and encourage their active participation as valued members of the community.

Requirements
- No experience required: we will provide all the training you need
- Clear criminal history and pass a background check
- Be at least 18 years old
- Currently have or within 30 days of being hired CPR/First Aid license (Paid by SA)
- Current driver license, car, and car insurance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred qualifications: Current NAR/CNA, Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter
