DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (EAST AURORA)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our compassionate team. You will support individuals in achieving their personal goals, participating in community activities, and living independently.

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, personal care, and transportation
• Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community events
• Follow care plans that respect each person's choices, strengths, and needs
• Ensure safety, health, and dignity in every interaction

Pay

$19.00 per hour upon successful completion of a 6-month provisionary period, with an hourly rate increasing to $20/hr after the provisionary period.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available (Day, Evening, and Overnight)
