About the role

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury. Founded over 40 years ago, we specialize in developing programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, including post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene (grooming, bathing, and feeding) - Provide therapies as directed - Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and outings - Promote clients' success in daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED - At least 21 years of age - Valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors maintained - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

- Comfortable working with a variety of medically complicated and behaviorally challenged clients

Skills

- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to handle challenging situations - Good physical stamina

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule

Any mix of Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, 7a-3p and/or 1p-9p
