About the role

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional neurological rehabilitation to adults with brain injury. Founded over 40 years ago, we specialize in developing programs tailored to the diverse needs of clients with traumatic and acquired brain injuries, including post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and accident or sports-related head injuries.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Support therapies and activities
• Drive and accompany clients to appointments, activities, and outings
• Provide minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote daily living tasks and vocational pursuits

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• A valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must be evaluated and approved

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule

Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p; one weekend shift of a Saturday or Sunday must be included
