About the role

ReMed, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner, is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, honesty, and ethics in treating clients and colleagues. With over 40 years of experience, we provide specialized programs for adults with brain injuries, including post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
• Supporting clients in therapies
• Driving and accompanying clients to appointments, activities, and outings
• Providing minimum to maximum assistance and/or supervision to promote daily living tasks, recreational activities, and vocational pursuits

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• A valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Diplomas from non-U.S. educational institutions must be evaluated to ensure they meet U.S. standards

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging and emotionally complex situations
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour, based on experience and education

Schedule

Mix of 7a-3p and 1p-9p; one weekend shift of a Saturday or Sunday must be included
