Responsibilities
- Protect and honor the rights of individuals with disabilities
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment
- Build positive relationships and serve as a role model
- Teach skills to promote independence
- Document progress towards individual goals
- Engage in community activities and outings
- Collaborate with a team to support growth
- Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation (candidates must provide their own vehicle)
- Valid auto insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with IDD and/or caregiving preferred
