About the role

This position involves providing direct support and assistance to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or medical needs to promote independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Offer hands-on support, encouragement, and guidance in daily living tasks such as mobility, hygiene, dressing, and personal care.
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Maintain a respectful, patient, and positive environment while fostering independence.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and comfort with transportation responsibilities; some roles may require personal vehicle and insurance.
• Person-centered, dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong observation skills.
• Positive team player committed to respectful collaboration.
• Computer literacy for documentation purposes.
• Must be 18 years or older with successful background clearance.
