Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Pay & Schedule
- $17.00/hour - $19.00/hour based on level of support
- Full-Time and Part-Time Options available
- Consistent, Predictable Scheduling
- Support an individual in their home and community
- Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
- Aid with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
- Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation)
- Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication
- Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy
- Accurately document care and daily activities
- Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
- 18 years or older
- A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check through DHS
