Direct Support Professional (DSP)

About the role
This position is eligible for rate differentials, with total hourly compensation starting at $20/hour and reaching up to $20.50/hour (depending on role & shift). A sign-on bonus of $1,000 is offered.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 6am - 10am
Responsibilities
- Ensure all individuals at the site receive consistent support.
- Advocate for those you support.
- Participate in trainings to better understand and support individuals.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the best support for individuals and achieve mutual goals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Complete and maintain AMAP and SCIP certification, as per CDD policy.
- Able to stand and bend throughout the day.
- Able to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
