About the Role

AmeriWell Care is urgently seeking compassionate, experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for a high-need 24/7 in-home respite case in Manchester, New Jersey. The individual’s primary caregiver is currently hospitalized, and support is needed to help maintain stability, safety, and compassionate care within the home environment until the caregiver returns.

Immediate 24/7 coverage needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide structure, supervision, and compassionate care.
• Maintain stability and safety within the home environment.

Requirements

• Experienced DSPs comfortable with behavioral support needs.
• Calm, patient, and dependable professionals.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility preferred.
