Direct Support Professional- Day/Evening Shifts

About the role

Direct Support Professionals at Core Dynamics Supported Living & DD Services help adults with disabilities build independence, reach personal goals, and participate in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines, life skills, and independence
• Auxiliary with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care as needed
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Encourage personal goals and celebrate progress
• Complete daily documentation
• Provide respectful, compassionate, dependable support

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate
• Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living
• Able to observe, communicate, and complete required documentation
• Able to meet employment and health requirements

Qualifications

Experience in caregiving, developmental disabilities, healthcare, behavioral support, or related work is a plus.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations
