Qualifications
- High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Possession of valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Currently possess or able to complete first aid and CPR certification (training provided)
- Communicate well with others including staff and our individuals
Essential Functions
- Support our individuals direct care needs including, but not limited to:
- Getting dressed, assisting with baths and showering, toileting and hygiene needs, feeding
- Assist with walking and/or wheelchair mobility, occasionally preparing meals and snacks per dietary card
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Understand individual’s rights and display respect and dignity when interacting with individuals
