Direct Support Professional- Community Home Loveland

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them live with dignity, independence, and joy. Your work will include:

• Providing direct personal care and daily living support
• Aiding with hygiene, meals, and medication administration
• Implementing individualized care and behavior support plans
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing training

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
• Valid driver’s license (fewer than 6 points)
• Current auto insurance
