About the role

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This position requires a valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred

Schedule

• Variety of programs M-Th, e/o Wkd 3-11p and 3-9p shifts
