Direct Support Professional

We serve clients across the Puget Sound area and are looking for staff to work out of Oak Harbor, Everett, Lynnwood, and/or Tacoma.

About the role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You'll support individuals in developing essential life skills, help them maintain independence in their own homes, and encourage their active participation as valued members of the community.

Pay

Wage range: $21.45–$22.95
King County starting: $21.95
Statewide starting: $21.45

Schedule

Flexible schedule and paid time off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear criminal history and pass a background check
• At least 18 years old
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance

Licensing and Certifications

• CPR/First Aid license (paid by employer) – must obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Current NAR (1st year paid by employer)
• Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter
