Direct Support Professional

About the role

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You'll support individuals in developing essential life skills, help them maintain independence in their own homes, and encourage their active participation as valued members of the community.

Locations

Oak Harbor, Everett, Lynnwood, and/or Tacoma.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear criminal history and pass a background check.
• At least 18 years or older.
• Currently have or obtain within 30 days of being hired: CPR/First Aid license (paid by employer).
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current NAR (1st year paid by employer).
• Current 75-hour certification (Long-Term Care Worker) or exemption letter.

Pay

Wage Range: $21.45–$22.95
King County Starting: $21.95
Statewide Starting: $21.45
