Responsibilities

• Work one‑on‑one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support.
• Implement evidence‑based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication, and life skills.
• Collaborate with and learn from leading clinical experts, preparing for careers in healthcare, behavioral health, or education.
• Participate in paid training to accelerate your career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Requirements

• High school diploma (bachelor’s degree in any field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Eligibility to work at least 30 hours per week.
