Now hiring for full-time and part-time positions. Day shifts, evening shifts, and overnight shifts are available.
Hourly rate starts at $21.25–$22.25 depending on MAP certification, plus a $1/hour weekend differential.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in the running of their home and become fully immersed in their communities.
- Ensure the residential home reflects an environment that values respect, dignity, and privacy.
- Recognize the unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person supported.
- Partner with individuals in making informed decisions and everyday choices about their finances, well-being, relationships, and employment.
- Assist all individuals with their daily needs and ensure that all activities reflect their choices.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Access to a vehicle.
- Must attend LifeStream orientation and training once hired.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- No prior experience required.
