What You'll Do

• In-Home Assistance: Help clients with daily activities like meal preparation, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, monitoring vital signs, bathing, toileting, and technology assistance.
• Companionship: Engage in activities with clients such as games, arts and crafts, and accompany them to events like appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands.
• Community Building: Communicate with families and other staff to address concerns and challenges, creating a safe and positive living environment for clients.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Recognition of client needs and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Dedication to professional development and required training
